That's two claps, Rosie, for ordering what worked for you at the Chinese
restaurant, and for noticing the after effects of whites and sugar. Most definitely those things would cause tears and mood issues. Noticing is an important part of the process.

: Recently I posted that I’d struggled
: with Chinese takeaway food. I got
: great replies and suggestions
: here. So on Saturday night I asked
: for tofu with soy sauce, ginger,
: garlic and chilli, no sugar or
: MSG. It took a while for this to
: be processed, but they cooked it
: and it was great! Coming here gave
: me the confidence to order what I
: wanted that wasn’t on the menu
:
: Then on Sunday and Monday it was two
: birthdays. I ate a lot of white
: bread and cake. And on Tuesday
: afternoon/evening I started to
: feel really low, quite sad and
: negative about things and I had a
: long cry. I really wonder if it
: was linked to the white food and
: sugar.
: Thanks for reading
