OK, I now realize I made a mistake when I said I
had made Elaine's yam cakes, LOL.
It was Colette's yam cakes I had made in the past.

So today I made Elaine's, and I have yet to taste them
as I just had dinner and am too full, lol.

It looks and smells yummy.
I am curious to see how the texture is.
Will report after tasting.
