how are you feeling about the four parts of breakfast as well ? do some things suit you more than others? I remember I did the same things for ages as I didn't want to experiment with it

I still do the same things in a way because I get a like and stick with it for months before shaking it up a bit . Really dense proteins suit me best or combinations of things. whats your favourite?
