that's wonderful you are noticing these things ! observation skills are going to stand you in such good stead as you go through the steps And delighted you love journal.... so do I, it is the most incredible help and support to me
how are you feeling about the four parts of breakfast as well ? do some things suit you more than others? I remember I did the same things for ages as I didn't want to experiment with it
I still do the same things in a way because I get a like and stick with it for months before shaking it up a bit . Really dense proteins suit me best or combinations of things. whats your favourite?
