Thank you so much for your response! It is so funny you mention sticking with the same things for months - that is completely me and I'm quite okay with it but still keeping my options open for new things. I was killing all four parts to Step One until another great benefit of this program kicked in, and that is slowly becoming an early morning person once again! I've been keeping up with it but put it off until the last 5 minutes of my hour after getting up so I'm not having super early lunches and dinners. But I'm working on that too - my emotional attachment to meals. I have been loving coming home and cooking, but I need to admit to myself I cannot do it every night as I get home too late. Anyhow, I am so thrilled to be on this journey, I am so glad I found this book and this place.
