Cravings!

Bad mood (PMS? - expected menstruation on 01.08.), flour in food yesterday (didn't ask for the exact content), today not and not satisfied after healthy lunch and ate much more than I shall (and could continue).

Do you count bread with marmelade or marmelade itself as sweets? I think so...

Planing to start my sugar-free challenge tomorrow again (managed six full weeks almost without cravings, was strong and decisive to stay like that). Need some support... Thank you!
