my favourite yam cake was made with salted peanuts and mixed seeds - sunflower, pumpkin, it was a what-was-available thing but it does show those things are versatile!
I'm making chicken satay today but will do double sauce and freeze half
this hot weather doesn't put me off hot food but semi-frozen greek yogurt is nice for afters
