Food will be your healing.

Yah, we all get this. The obsession part is simply biochemical and it will change as your chemisty
changes. :h5) Right now, we want you to JUST think about breakfast, Just that one thing.

Ok, a couple of things :h11) First off my name is Kathleen, not Katherine, LOL.
The Irish bit is important to me. :h10)

This is not about *bad habits*...This is about biochemistry and you cannot just will it to change,
You need to heal. And you are not addicted to *food*. You are addicted to the biochemical response of
some of the components of the food. Food is your healer.

We all understand this. What youhave tried in the past is all about will power and trying to subject yourself to getting it right :h11)
Now we are going to help you change that. And there is no failure. The key is to do one step at a time, in order and slowly.

Not from the behavior from the chemistry. You are getting comfort, solace, amnesia and anesthesia. The eating has saved you
from the pain. Even though that sounds strange, it is important to appreciate that there is a reason you have been drawn to it,
And we will teach you not only *why* but how to unravel the gordian knot.

First of all, be kind. It is not that you have been killing yourself. You have been running from the pain. And doing it the best way
you knew how. Now you can learn a different way. Get the book, use that link I just gave you and keep writing.
