I am glad you are here. Sounds like you are coming from the world of
sugar and white flour being the no.no of your approach.

We are going to suggest something different - that you focus on what you can have rather
than what you can't have. This means starting with breakfast.

Get the book. it will help. It is different from what you have been doing. It will save your life.
