Marcy - I haven't started the program yet and just put in my first order. But I wanted to say that I am in constant pain like you were. I have blamed it on weight, fibromyalgia, arthritis, etc. but your message really made me wonder if it is the junky food I have been eating. I am excited to start this journey.
