Daniela I think a 'well done is in order, because although you feel a bit panicky you got your thoughts down and asked for help. Its a brave step and I think bit by bit you will find what to do !
I would say, don't worry about this stuff if you can... easier said than done ! But it IS possible to just think breakfast for now... which step are you doing right now?
I have learnt so much about how I am, and what to do …… but not overnight. It took me a while to learn how to tackle eating out abroad for instance. At home its easier as so many restaurants have menus online and I can scheme beforehand I like to be flexible, and sometimes can order a side dish for a starter when no starter will work, or two starters when no mains will. Im going out with friends soon to a pizza place which is impossible for me, so I will eat before I go and have a green salad and take my own dressing. I can get that on the plate by sleight of hand and no one knows
….. I like the company of these two and they usually indulge my restaurant choices so now and then I let them have a go
Little bit by little bit. The first year I travelled and ate out a lot it was a disaster theres no other word ….. but all that experience gave me some solutions and ideas. The next time was a bit easier, and the next even better and so on
most things have got a solution. Even husbands Mine doesn't undesrtand at all, but we learned to just accept things and over time he has got used to me being a fuss pot in restaurants and making all sorts of swaps and demands
