Hi Fay and BettyJane -
I'm Marcy, age 78 and counting. I've been doing the program for about 6 years. It's changed my life - especially with regards to the swirling thoughts and self-recriminations. Guess my biochemistry has healed to a large extent. Keep with it. Start with step 1 and go slowly to allow the changes to build up.
