Hi, I’m new to the site, just starting Step 1.
When I read breakfast suggestions I.e. porridge and then protein, say scrambled eggs - that is too much food to eat in one sitting. Once I had eaten porridge I was temporarily full. (It was quick porridge) What am I not understanding?

: Tupperware thing ( don't we all ?
: LOL) and keep everything in the
: fridge to microwave quickly .
