Re: Complex Carbohydrates for breakfast

Hi Kim
It's ok to start off with smaller portions of the eggs and oatmeal. Many people aren't used to eating much for breakfast, so they have to start with a small breakfast.

You also might find it easier to have a protein shake. It doesn't feel as heavy as solid food. You can put oats in the shake. I have shake every morning, with George's Restore protein powder. I use almond milk for the liquid, and some frozen mixed berries for flavor. For my complex carb, I have some raw rolled oats that I blend into the shake.
