Hello everybody. I am returning to the program to focus on Step One. Previously my focus was on the protein and gram counting, but I realize my actual problem is rebelling against routine. And if someone else tells me to get organized, or to do things a certain way, or to follow 7 steps! I rebel even more. So I am doing One Step Only, and allowing the rebellious internal voices about the other 6 steps to have their say instead of trying to argue with them.
There are some external negative voices as well. Someone close to me years ago said I was self-absorbed for keeping the food/mood journal . It was devastating in my fragile state, and I quit the program. Today I will only be sharing my journey with supportive people, like here on the forum.
