Hi BettyJane, I haven't completed this plan, but tried many other things like reduced stimulants, deep breathing, BE raising activities, and exercises, to allow me to get off Celexa (SSRI) but the anxiety comes back and I can't manage. I have accepted that I will likely be on it for life, but it's better than the alternative which is constant fretting thankfully i am now calm enough to eat breakfast
