Hi Cherri,
We really don't get into the *complete* part of it. I want t hings to be super easy.
Just count protein foods for your protein. Cereal is carbohydrate. And yes I know it has protein in it. So does broccoli, LOL. But all the calculations are based on using protein foods.
If you want to know more, or why, just ask me and I will share more, LOL.
Mostly it is to make it really simple.
