Thank you for your response. I do NOT want to diet. Like you say it doesn’t really work. I want to get steady once and for all. Knowing that this is biochemical helps some.
Is there anything else I can do to calm the angst?
I posted in the forum because I know it is not a topic for my step two list. Should I refrain from posting here as well?
