: Stick with it this time. It gets easier and then positively enjoyable when you start feeding yourself well..
It helped me to see what the biggest snarl was -turned out from my journals it was not eating enough of the right food, then getting grouchy and going overboard. with junk snacks. .
No rush. Your journal will be a habit soon and then you will be steadying up wit the regular meals and accompanying sense of purpose.
