THIS is what I love about this community. Ask and you shall receive.

I have gotten a lot of encouragement and I feel that I am on the right track. My breakfast is really solid. I like predictable so I do a breakfast sandwich and a protein shake with or without fruit, and sometimes with sometimes without Greek yogurt. I am within the hour and doing it everyday.

I am posting breakfast and dinner only right now. Will add lunch when I return to my real job at school.

My words are mostly anxious and frustrated but there are feelings being recorded.

Thank you all for taking the time to encourage a repeat newbie. I cannot tell you how much it means to me
