Marcy, that does sound stressful. I hope your husband is feeling better soon. Glad you have some support with visiting nurses and therapists, but I bet a lot is being asked of you still. It been a stressful week for me too, I have one child starting a new school and my oldest moving out this week, so lots of transitions. I have a tendency to drift toward grim and serious when I get stressed, so I'm trying to be intentional about breathing and letting feelings pass through, instead of doing the C57 scrunch! One of the things I am doing is joining a beginning ukulele class because it's hard to be grim while playing a ukulele don't you think? This in addition to my best browns, enough protein, lots of veggies, and a focus on enough and on time food!

: It's been a strange couple weeks. My

: home until yesterday, now is home
: but not moving very much (no
: surprise there). It's a little
: stressful for me. Fortunately,
: there will be a visiting nurse and
: some physical therapy coming to
: the house over the next couple
: weeks.
