Hi -- I see these referred to as a standby for tons of people, but I'm not sure I get what they are ... the ones I'm familiar with are more like cookies.

Could someone share a brand name or two, so I can investigate? I'm in the US (eastern), but might be able to order them from Amazon or somewhere if they're not in stores near me.
