Super good idea with the meditation, I would like to be doing that more regularly too. I really notice a difference when I stop and breath even for just a few minutes.

How's it been going these past couple days, have you been able to find any opportunities to pay more attention to you, to help balance the stress?

I've been taking a few moments each day to practice the uke chords I learned in my beginner class, and each time I do it lifts my spirits. That's a good sign it's something I should keep doing! :h11)
