Cherri, isn't it amazing when we see moments where doing the program changes how we respond to situations? For me this is one of the biggest benefits of doing RR, I now have the ability to deal with situations that arise with thoughtfulness and intention. Very different than how it was for me before finding RR!

: emotionally "healthy"
: spouse to remain as steady as
: possible, which is no easy feat
: when you're sugar sensitive.

: I am 21 days into step one and
: yesterday when it was not going
: well with SO, I found the clarity
: to take care of myself. I put in
: my earbuds, listened to an
: uplifting talk, while going for a
: walk in my neighborhood.

: In the past, I would have been
: falling apart, crouched in the
: corner like the C57 mouse. But I'm
: proud to say that I did not do
: that.

: This gives me the motivation to keep
: going both with life and with this
: RR program.
