Good travels and good luck Kir Ann
I think my best travelling advice is to eat with regularity no matter what the clock says...… and just do the step you are on. That was the advice I found most useful!
I hear you on the public speaking ! I used to feel anxious even with small groups! Others having faith in you is a big compliment! As for the scientific, and the adventure, I am envious, sounds so interesting
I hope nice food will help you through. Its been my experience in times of stress. that the structure and solidity of steps is a great help, remembering that self care is so helpful
Are you packing some staples? I like protein powder/ shake mix in an envelope, a Tupperware box of cold sausage, roasted red peppers hard boiled eggs, olives for the plane, wrapped babybel cheese yam cake travels well, and those salmon or tuna pouches. In my suitcase I always have tins of sardines oh and plastic spoons and forks in my handbag for stirring and eating. Nuts go in the suitcase, I don't carry nuts on the plane in case anyone is sensitive
people collect plastic cutlery for me now
I don't dispose of them just keep them forever
hope it turns out really well for you... let us know!
