Sugar binge

Hello. I’m on step six, and the afraidness of starting the detox has been mounting. Some where I upped my overt sugars with chocolate eclairs, cheesecake, things I believed I was buying for others knowing they’d be eaten by me really. And now I’ve taken an odd turn. I was practicing a sugar addicts sniff of a vegan diet. With the first three steps, I went back on dairy as I was always on off with attempts to cut out dairy. This week I caved in to eating meat swearing I would stop each time. My cravings for addiction know no bounds it seems! So funny 😆 but I’m very solemn 😔 How can I halt this binge?
