Hi Hatty,
I also tried the vegan route for 8 months. When I wasn't eating meat and dairy, I never really felt satisfied no matter how much plant based food I ate.

When I went off the vegan plan, I went on a several month binge due to the deprivation I felt as a vegan. I realized that some people, me included, are just meant to have animal products to feel well.

I knew I needed to do something after binging for months, and so I remembered RR which I had discovered years ago. I believe it is the best place for people like us who are sugar sensitive.

As you get back to basics and continue your recovery, you are not alone. We, in various stages of this RR program, are here for you.
