This made me laugh, Angella, because I do the same thing with my burgers.
I had a southwest black bean veggie burger last week slathered with mustard, sauerkraut, dill pickle slices, 2 eggs, hot sauce and avocado. It was delicious and spicy!
Rather than put the burger on a bun, I ate 2 slices of GF bread on the side loaded with homemade walnut pesto. YUM!!
