Re: enjoyed the newsletter

: I really liked Lora's words in the
: newsletter about sweet foods
: looking like beautiful arts and
: crafts. That's a perfect
: description!

: I went to a triathlon last weekend
: that was decorated so wonderfully,
: with all kinds of sweet touches
: like pumpkins, mums and pumpkin
: people. The feast we got
: afterwards was program friendly,
: too! Turkey, green beans,
: unsweetened squash, gluten free
: gravy, raw veggies-but wait,
: that's not my point--I'm just
: reliving the amazing meal. :h3)

: What I wanted to mention was that the
: tables were covered with autumn
: colored decorations, little
: pumpkins and crookneck green
: squash, and Lindt chocolates in
: orange, white and brown wrappers.
: The chocolates seemed as inedible
: to me as the autumn leaves and
: ceramic pumpkins. It's truly
: amazing how that happens with this
: program! :h2)

: And, since I'm writing about the
: triathlon, the food I ate after
: the swim was so easy and
: effective-I made little sweet
: potato zucchini muffins with
: walnuts, which I stuffed into my
: mouth when I got on the bike. So
: between those and my hearty
: breakfast protein shake, I had
: plenty of energy to bike and run
: without gels, goos, honey
: stingers, all that sugary stuff
: people eat.

: LOVE THIS PROGRAM EVERY SINGLE DAY!
: Thank you Kathleen and all of you!
: :h11)

Hi JoEllen, I enjoyed the newsletter too. Recognizing the biochemical aspect of my actions, and not attributing everything to a psychological failing on my part meant so much for me to discover with this program. I could finally stop beating myself up about my addiction, and just heal instead!

Amazing job with your triathlon!! Your refueling muffins sound delicious :h4)
