Hello everyone! I’m brand new to the forum and so grateful for the support.
I read potatoes not Prozac a few weeks ago and it definitely resonated with me.
At first I wanted to do everything and add the potato but now I’m realizing (after reading a bunch of your messages on the forum) that I just need to focus on step 1.
I’ve never been a breakfast eater so it has been a challenge. I am getting better though. Now at least I’m eating breakfast with protein. And this last week I’ve gotten it pretty close to an hour within waking.
However, I think I need more protein and help with adding a brown.
I do like bone broth a lot and make it at home and find it super easy to drink in the mornings. When I add my collagen protein, it is about 18 grams protein. Then I’ve been having a little smoked salmon on sourdough toast but I’m already getting a little l tired of it.
My protein goal is 25 grams. I currently weigh about 175 but would like to be 150. Is my protein goal to low?
What are some breakfast ideas I can try? Unfortunately I am allergic to eggs! Also, I’d prefer not to eat pork everyday.
