Dear Michelle,
I do understand getting bored with protein. I have trouble with shakes, the powder scratches my throat, I would welcome any tips from the audience.

I did discover a new breakfast protein recently, fresh mozzarella the round ones. They had it at the breakfast table in Italy, and it was really filling! Don't know the protein count, but I didn't get hungry so it must have been enough. I have since bought some for Bkfst.
