Hi Shay
When you are starting out, you really don't need to worry about which foods you might need to eliminate later. The beginning of the program is about getting stable and adding in healthy foods, starting with breakfast. Then as you get farther along in the steps you work on removing foods that don't work for you. So the plan isn't really about a list of rules. It's about learning a new way to eat.
Have you started working on breakfast yet? Have you found something you like to eat?
