Thanks so much, everyone! I’ve definitely got sweet potatoes on my shopping list for the weekend. :h4)

I’ve had some success with breakfast the past week or so! I’ve been eating breakfast consistently and now I’ve gotten it within the first hour of waking up. :h10)

The key so far for me was re-thinking breakfast. The past few days I’ve had shepherds pie (well, technically cottage pie with beef, not lamb) for breakfast. So easy to just heat and eat and I like that I’m getting some extra veggies too.
