Thanks so much, everyone! I’ve definitely got sweet potatoes on my shopping list for the weekend.
I’ve had some success with breakfast the past week or so! I’ve been eating breakfast consistently and now I’ve gotten it within the first hour of waking up.
The key so far for me was re-thinking breakfast. The past few days I’ve had shepherds pie (well, technically cottage pie with beef, not lamb) for breakfast. So easy to just heat and eat and I like that I’m getting some extra veggies too.
