helping a friend after keto

Hi there,

A dear friend of mine has done keto for several months. She recently started reducing fat, adding a few carbs. Her brain chemistry is really up and down now.

I want to help her. I've suggested RR and she hasn't connected here yet. In the meantime, what can I suggest she do to help herself level out emotionally?

Thanks so much. I know it's a wide open question but she's really having a hard time. Yes, I know the answer is RR and Step 1; but as a stop-gap measure would small protein/carb meals with half a banana be a good idea for her?
