Hello. This is for Kathleen, or anyone who may know.....I'm back after years of trying everything else. My concern is not getting enough protein, since I need 39 grams! Yes, I need to lose a LOT of pounds. But mostly I'm here to get rid of the monkey on my back, addiction! I can't use the Georges protein, since it has soy in it. I'm on hormone blockers after a bout with breast cancer. I'm doing very well, it was caught early and I didn't even need chemo. Just radiation.

Anyway, back to protein, I love eggs, but I don't want to eat a dozen every morning! Any ideas? Thank you all. I'm very grateful for this program.
