:I'm just wondering how long Step One should take, before I start Step Two. Should I just be really consistent? Like, if I don't miss breakfast within the hour, for a week, then start Step Two? Will I just know? I understand I want to be mindful of the process. And I understand it's my addiction that is pushing me to "GET IT RIGHT"! I just need some guidance. I've been doing this two whole days!
