I'm not sure what calculation you are using, but we often suggest using .4 instead of .5 for figuring out your daily protein needs if you are heavier, and then dividing by 3. Also, it is easier to combine protein sources when you have a higher protein goal. For instance, when I have eggs, I have an omelet with Canadian bacon and cheese and three eggs so that I don't have to try to get all my protein from eggs. You could have some of your protein from a shake (George's Restore is whey protein isolate, so no soy, and almond milk good in shakes) and then have eggs. I even used to have things like turkey burgers for breakfast - a turkey burger with cheese will get you over 30 grams of protein. But then again I've always liked unusual breakfasts. I know that would not appeal to everyone.
