my perfectionism I think tends towards the All or Nothing thing, so I try to steer a middle course really
so my mantra has become "Good enough is good enough " and I use that one to pat myself on the back with when I am travelling or out and about, and Im more relaxed
as for the food as a treat - Ive never really got over that to be honest. Im a bit of a foodie and bless my amazing tastebuds all the time - I am convinced I enjoy my food more than other people do, so why not celebrate that So every single meal is a treat. I simply eat favourite foods all the time and Never eat things I don't like. After a lifetime of trying to eat foods I don't like for this or that diet, this is a true liberation and I celebrate that all the time
