hi Diana mae
here is a link that leads to the step five list, which might be really good for ideas
It might be fun if you are refocusing on step one to look at a favourite brown for breakfast too, as a starter, that's what I did on my second go

I have been grain free many years now, not so much concentrating on avoidance, as an adding in of the things that really suit me. That's the real beauty of journal
some favourite brown things for me
all beans and pulses. to include hummus, butter beans mashed, bean dips, red lentil soups and dhal, 3 bean salads, refried beans
potato skins. All variety of potato, particularly new. Sweet potato. Many variations, wedges, rosti, roasted, baked with garlic and rosemary
gram flour dishes - garbanzo flour, chickpea. Dhosa, bhajis and Socca, poppadoms
buckwheat may also be appealing? doesn't suit me too well, but pancakes, cereal, gives a lot of variety too. Same for quinoa
what will you choose for first breakfast brown to try?
