Welcome back. Just start with step one :). Don't deal with. your *carb intake* at this point.
You have just said that what you have been doing does not work, LOL.
How can you do step one?
If you want to lose weight, you might join YLD since that will support you in the process.
But whatever you chose, step one is the start.
