you will remember getting back to breakfast, great opportunity to find out what carb/brown suits you best to set up your day

what sort of thing are you choosing today? lots of people like oats either in shake or as porridge, got a favourite from before?

you might like to have a look at Your Last Diet. ( both the book, which is my personal favourite) and online... is very reassuring. What I learnt from that book has meant I could find what suits me best in terms of both balance and weight loss and stop that yo yo.
