Coffee and Step 3
Greetings,
First I will start with the good news, breakfast is steady and journaling in consistent, and I am gaining a more positive outlook. I am ready for Step 3!
I have already been focusing on lunch protein as I pack in the morning and I have a stash of nuts and fruit at work. The next nano step is removing the morning snack. This week I have been having either a maple latte or black coffee with shortbread biscuits. If I move the sugar, do I also move the coffee to mealtimes? I am reliant on that coffee to keep me going in the morning.
