I think today we are going to M&S …. a shop that has an amazing food hall. I am going in to treat myself to something. I don't know what yet because it needs a good mooch around...…. funny thing is, I can look at all the unsuitable for me stuff - and admire the colours or artistry or presentation , but they aren't interesting as foodstuffs

but it is a delight wandering round the things like chicken tikka, or a special ham or chorizo, the olives that I love or maybe some red peppers, or some indulgent salad bag that I wouldn't normally buy.

Im so glad you will get all that fun and delight too
