: One of the local restaurants had a: senior menu and the meals were: way too small for me. I suppose as: people get older and less active: they might need less food, but I: am not there yet. I do worry about: being at the mercy of a senior: living center someday for my food: especially now that I am doing: gluten-free. I worry about the: types of food and the amounts.

Interesting that you raise this. I recently went to give a talk at a senior conference. I was talking with one of the vendors who provide meals delivered to your home. They had samples. I was floored at how tiny the amounts were. Like really tiny!
