my plan is to be so healthy and to look at the role model long -lived women of my family and stay independent. If that doesn't quite work out, Plan B is my kids already have agreed to their stern instructions LOL. They get to choose my potential care home ( nope: not going!) based on the flexibility of their menus And they promised to bring me extra cheese
