: Thank you, Kathleen and Mosiac for: your thoughts and support on this.
: I really appreciate it. The grains: and other foods have really been a: struggle for me for many years and
: I'm actually feeling much better: since removing the foods I: previously listed. In addition to my gut feeling better, I also have less inflammation, joint pain and: gas. Our goal is to eventually: reintroduce foods slowly to: determine their effect. Journaling: has always been difficult for me.
: I don't have a problem with: actually journaling - it is more: the deciphering that I struggle: with. I do understand the: importance of journaling and will: continue trying especially as I: start to reintroduce some of the: foods! The last several days for
: "browns" I've been using: beets, sweet potatoes, squash and: tortillas made from cassava flour: and cashew flour. This seems to be: working okay but wondered about: using beets and squash. I know: they aren't the typical browns but: because they are higher carb: veggies, I thought they may have a: similar effect. I'm planning to: get some buckwheat and see how that goes as well.
: Again, thank you for the support.
: All the best,

Warmly,
Kathleen
