scrambled egg butty ? Don't know, SJD but can recommend cold fried egg sandwich

I loved egg sandwiches with Heinz salad cream in the old days - mashed hb egg. Of course the salad cream has a ton of sugar so not surprising. But I have found that egg mashed with mayo and a goodly splash of extra vinegar is just about good enough

my other favourite ( I have so many) is whole egg , yolks mashed with finely diced fried chorizo or pepper salami, and a bit of Philadelphia cheese for the right consistency to stuff. my kids love these so I always do them high days and holidays
