Just to say about cold eggs - I have been concocting all sorts to create a sufficient lunch for me at work.

Today for example, I made a 2-egg omlette, let it cool, cut it into bite-size pieces, and added it to tuna which I had stirred with some mayonnaise.
In a separate box I took salad, and 3 slices of frozen rye bread in a sandwich bag (they defrosted by lunch time).

It's not my idea of an ideal egg meal, I like my cooked eggs really hot.
But it was so delicious to eat it when I was hungry and needed steadying food.
