:I could not find recipe but know I got it from somewhere here!!

3 lbs sweet potatoes cut into chunks
2T butter
2 T orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 tsp gr. Cinnamon
1/2 gr nutmeg
2 large eggs, slightly beaten

topping
1 cup chopped pecans
2/3 cup rolled oats
4 T butter cut into bits
Cook sw. potatoes in boiling water until soft, about 15 minutes. ( I sometimes bake my potatoes) Mash and whip potatoes, add remaining ingredients and whip till smooth. Spread mixture in 9 by 12 oiled pan. (I use round glass dish)
Combine topping ingredients to form crumbly paste. Spread over top.
Bake 45 minutes.
I enjoy hot out of oven or cold. Whipped cream would be nice on top. I eat plain.
