Step 3 progress
Hi everyone, just checking in with update on step 3. I must have been feeling better, because I decided that I'm fine, I can have cake and ice cream for son's birthday, not with dinner. Ugh, had sugar hangover the next day and massive cravings. It was good for me to experience that, becaus I had to prove it to myself how sugar is not my friend, and that yes, I do have to follow program.
My challenge in completing Step 3 is the gap between lunch and dinner. Lunch is 12 to 1, but I dont get home until 6 and then cook dinner, so not eating until 7 or 8. I have nuts at work, but they don't keep me full. Maybe I need something bigger.
