The Program

Hello Everyone, I'm new to the program but I sure recognized myself in the book's checklist. And I've been having some real success so far with diminishing mood swings, etc. Just wanted to mention that I was watching a documentary on Bill W. the other night. If you don't recognize the name, he started Alcoholics Anonymous. At some point in the documentary he says that "it helps to eat sweets" in order to keep a craving for alcohol at bay. Would that he knew what we know now! (Even after quitting alcohol, he suffered from depressions his whole life.)
